Abstract

Saving natural resources is something that is very necessary today, both in the household environment and in the wider environment. The use of reservoirs or commonly called water fountains used to hold water can reduce the use of electrical energy and provide a sustainable water supply. The use of this automatic toren also has a considerable contribution in saving water when a person's level of care is not good.

To find out the water level in the reservoir is very difficult to do manually. While the location of the water reservoir is very difficult to reach. So that when the water reservoir is full, there is often water overflowing or exceeding the height limit of the reservoir, and if there is no warning system if the water flow is disturbed. Thus there is a waste of water resources.

The sound sensor serves as a marker when the water reservoir has overflowed or exceeded the height limit of the water reservoir. In this study, it was examined how effective the sound sensor is in providing signs or warnings to objects / humans
