SOSIALISASI PENTINGNYA MANAJEMEN WAKTU ANTARA KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER DENGAN KEGIATAN BELAJAR: SISWA MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH ASHHABUL MAIMANAH SIDAYU

An individual must know and understand the value of time to be successful in all aspects of life. Individuals who waste time will not adjust to their own lifestyle and identity. Good time management can help a person increase achievement and creativity. This service activity aims to provide socialization about time management to improve the discipline of MI students between learning activities and extracurricular activities in Kebon Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency. The service method used was in the form of direct counseling carried out to grade 5 students at MI Ashabul Maimanah totaling 32 students. The instrument used for evaluation is a questionnaire of student responses to counseling given after the counseling is completed. The result of service activities, namely the average understanding of students who are classified as very good in time management, increased from 25% to 84%. With good time management skills, students can optimize their time for academic and extracurricular activities, thereby improving their academic achievement
