PENDAMPINGAN INOVASI PRODUK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN NILAI JUAL UMKM KUE GIPANG DESA PEMATANG

This community service activity is carried out in villages whose MSMEs need assistance, namely Pematang village, Kragilan District. The partner of this activity is a gipang cake MSME. Mitra has never made innovations both in terms of taste and packaging. Given the large number of gipang cake business actors, the selling value is also definitely competitive in the market. So community service activities were carried out with the aim of increasing the selling value of gipang cake products in Pematang village. The methods used are socialization and mentoring. The results of the activity show that the community, especially MSME players, is able to produce innovative and creative products to add to the selling value of the product. MSME players are also accompanied in packaging and labeling products. The product innovations produced in this activity are peanut gipang cake, pineapple gipang cake and chocolate gipang cake.
