Abstract

The role of academics is very important to support the success of MSME businesses. This is done among MSMEs, it is very important to do it by carrying out full mentoring activities. This activity is able to support increasing competitiveness among MSMEs, starting from activities to optimize production, marketing, and business financial records. The methods carried out are observation, interviews, and business assistance. The results of the assistance carried out by the PkM team can optimize production results, record more regular financial records and support marketing activities because MSMEs are helped to make more attractive packaging and included in exhibition activities that can always expand market share
