Abstract

The mentoring program to increase the innovation of home-produced snack products in Dukuh Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten as part of the Student Work Lecture – Community Service activity is expected to provide solutions related to improving the family economy. Through a phased approach, home-based business partners experience improvements in the development of attractive product packaging and the implementation of effective marketing strategies. More professionally designed and informative product packaging helps increase product appeal, thus getting a positive response from consumers. In addition, enhanced marketing strategies, especially through social media, have helped expand the reach of products and increase sales. Program evaluations indicate that these measures have had an impact on improving the economy of partner families. The success of this program demonstrates the potential to increase home-based businesses and have a positive impact on the local economy. It is hoped that this experience can be used as a guide to develop similar programs and support sustainable economic growth in local communities
