PEMBUATAN AKUN MARKETPLACE DAN DESAIN KEMASAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMASARAN PRODUK PELAKU UMKM DI KELURAHAN TAMANSARI

The use of the marketplace as an online marketing medium that has various advantages such as no need for room space, capital for several equipment to free rental fees because business actors just register online and also for free. The purpose of this service is to assist in creating business accounts on marketplaces and logo designs on product packaging at basic MSME players to improve product marketing. The methods used with partners are observation, interviews and conducting mentoring and training for partners. Assistance in making marketplaces, packaging designs and logos was carried out by students of Community Work Lecture (KKM) group 72 in Tamansari Village, Pulomerak District, Cilegon City and a team of Bina Bangsa University lecturers. The conclusion of the service activities that have been carried out in marketing using the Shopee marketplace has reached 50% because it is still in the process of selling and introducing to the community. The logo design used got 100% results because it was in accordance with MSME actors, with the logo listed by Ibu Murni or Mama Awan Catring, her home could be marketed to the wider community
