Abstract

The Thematic Student Work Lecture Program (KKM) in Tanjungjaya Village is a form of community service that aims to improve the quality of basic education through literacy approaches, learning enrichment, and character building. This activity was carried out by students of Bina Bangsa University Group 43 with the main partner of SDN Tanjungjaya 2. The implementation method includes active teaching in the classroom, non-formal learning assistance through Taman Ceria, and character activities through Friday Scouts. The results showed significant improvements in students' academic scores, school attendance, participation in additional learning activities, and parental involvement. In addition, scouting activities have succeeded in increasing student cooperation, responsibility, and initiative. Evaluation is carried out through observation, interviews, and analysis of learning outcomes. These findings indicate that community-based educational interventions have a real impact in strengthening inclusive and sustainable local education systems.
