Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays an increasingly crucial role in education, particularly in creating personalized, adaptive, and effective learning experiences. However, the adoption of AI in schools faces several challenges, including limited teacher skills in operating AI-based applications, insufficient understanding of ethical considerations, infrastructure constraints, and concerns about the social and character development of students. To address these issues, the Community Service Team from the Master of Educational Management program collaborated with Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) Bina Bangsa to implement a training and mentoring program for teachers on AI utilization. The program aimed to equip teachers with technical knowledge, ethical awareness, and pedagogical strategies tailored to the needs of early childhood learners. The training methods included theoretical socialization, practical workshops, direct mentoring, and evaluation of training effectiveness. The results demonstrated significant improvements in teachers’ understanding and skills in using AI to design adaptive teaching materials, develop interactive learning media, and apply fast and
objective automated assessments. The training also raised ethical awareness regarding student privacy and data security, while encouraging continuous AI integration plans. This study confirmed that comprehensive training can enhance teacher capacity and foster an innovative, adaptive, and ethical learning ecosystem, positioning SIT Bina Bangsa as a model for best practices in AI integration for early childhood and elementary education in the digital era.
