Abstract

The Multifocus Community Service–Student Work Program (KKM-PKM) in Lebak Gede Subdistrict, Pulomerak District, Cilegon City, was carried out to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a series of integrated activities. The main focus of the program included improving digital marketing skills, strengthening business legality, increasing financial literacy, utilizing online complaint systems, and implementing recycling-based waste management. The implementation methods involved socialization, training, and direct mentoring for participants. The results showed that MSME actors improved their ability to utilize social media and e-commerce platforms for promotion, some successfully obtained a Business Identification Number (NIB) and began the process of obtaining halal certification, gained a better understanding of simple financial recording, and developed environmental awareness through recycling programs. This program is expected to have a sustainable impact on increasing MSME competitiveness, strengthening the local economy, and fostering a community that is more aware of technology, law, and environmental issues.
