The waste problem in Kelurahan Terumbu continues to escalate, particularly plastic and residual waste that is difficult to decompose. This activity aims to implement appropriate technology (AT) in waste management by producing plastic-based ecopaving blocks and applying a CF Drum Incinerator for residual waste treatment. The methodology includes socialization, equipment fabrication, user training, and field trials. The compressive strength test results of the ecopaving blocks showed an average value of 9.8 MPa, exceeding the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) minimum requirement for pedestrian areas. The CF Drum Incinerator successfully reduced residual waste volume by up to 65% and decreased smoke intensity compared to open burning. Community feedback indicated an 87% positive acceptance rate, although technical challenges remained, such as the need for additional fuel for the incinerator. In conclusion, the combination of these two ATs effectively reduces waste generation, increases environmental awareness, and has potential for replication in other regions.
