Gandaria Village, located in Mekar Baru District, Tangerang Regency, is famous for its micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector, especially catfish crackers and processed catfish. However, MSMEs in this village face obstacles in terms of product identity, especially related to logos and packaging that are not attractive, which hinders them from communicating their product messages effectively to consumers. This non-profit program aims to increase MSMEs' understanding and awareness of the importance of attractive packaging as part of product branding. The methods used include observation, interviews, mentoring and development of logo and packaging designs, making permits, MOU, NIB, and creating websites and e-commerce accounts on Shopee. The process begins with a needs analysis regarding the type of material, shape, packaging color, and logo design. The purpose of this program is to increase MSMEs income through the use of new, attractive packaging and logos so that their products have an appeal and identity that distinguishes them from similar products in other areas.
