PENDAMPINGAN PEMBUATAN PENIRIS MINYAK PADA USAHA MIKRO, KECIL, DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) JAMUR TIRAM DI DESA SUKALABA, KECAMATAN GUNUNG SARI, SERANG

Abstract

Initiated one year ago, Mr. Syamsul started his business in transforming oyster mushroom to edible food, precisely crispy mushroom, located in Sukalaba, Gunungsari, Banten. It started by Mr. Syamsul by selling crispy mushroom that the raw materials were obtained from the profit he got. Along the way, when his sales increased, Mr. Syamsul experienced difficulties in obtaining raw materials to process. From these obstacles, Mr. Syamsul tried to produce his own raw materials, namely oyster mushroom cultivation. Besides harvesting for his own needs, it turns out that the oyster mushroom can be sold directly to local residents, collectors, vegetable sellers, and so on. Therefore, in this service activity, the author provided counseling and assistance in turning oyster mushrooms into more product variants, so that it has a higher selling value, such as crispy mushroom, mushroom popcorn, mushroom meatballs, and so on. In addition, the author also provided counseling on production management, financial management and marketing management. As concrete evidence, the author also provided training on how to make an oil Spinner (appropriate technology), as it was one of the problems (filtering the oil from crispy mushroom) to Mr. Syamsul as one of the owners of the oyster mushroom MSMEs in Sukalaba, Gunungsari, Serang, Banten
