Abstract

One form of this Community Service activity is to assist salted fish-processed MSMEs in Banten Village, Kasemen District, Serang City, Banten Province which has the potential to develop. In its implementation, these MSMEs experience obstacles that hinder the development of their business, namely salted fish packaging which is still traditional in nature which can accelerate decay and reduce the taste quality of the salted fish. By choosing the right packaging will increase the age and quality of sales of processed salted fish. Through this community service, we from lecturers and students of Group 07 KKM Bina Bangsa University will assist in the development of packaging design so that salted fish processed products produced by MSMEs in Banten Village are able to compete with other products. Methods used with training and mentoring. The results show that the selection of product packaging produced by MSMEs has increased competitiveness in the market and increased sales
